On Pluto

In 2010, my father was diagnosed with Early Onset Alzheimer’s disease. As a journeyman writer and investigative reporter, he decided to chronicle his battle against the disease in a book titled, On Pluto: Inside the Mind of Alzheimer’s. I wrote, shot and edited this as a token of memory for our family; and in hopes of helping to raise awareness for a cure.

Brendan is a writer and creative director for a marketing and advertising agency based out of Boston, MA. This film was shot, edited and directed by Brendan during a quiet weekend back home with his father. Since learning of Greg's diagnosis in 2010, the O'Brien family have passionately supported those fighting for a cure.
